What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code for the evening is black tie. For guidance black tie is formal evening dress to include a bow tie (any colour except white) and dinner suit, or evening gown. If in doubt, please dress to impress!
Cloakroom
A staffed cloakroom will be available to all attendees free of charge. The cloakroom is located in the Silver Gallery, directly beside the guest lift.
Accessibility
All floors of the ballroom complex are fully accessible via lift, which is located beside the cloakroom in the Silver Gallery.
Is there a cash bar on the night?
There will be a cash bar at the venue (payment by card only) for the purchase of drinks during the event. While there is no pre-order facility, drinks can be ordered at the bar for delivery to your table.
How do I write a good entry submission?
Read the entry form and judging criteria for your chosen category / categories carefully.
Mirror key words in your submission - this helps the judges quickly evaluate your submission against specified criteria
Tell a clear story - provide context, clearly outline what you did, explain what happened as a result and what difference it made.
Use evidence - don't just say what it did, but evidence it.
When will I know whether my entry has been shortlisted?
Award finalists / Shortlist will be announced on 4 March 2026
What happens if I’m shortlisted?
Shortlisted companies will be invited to present their entries to the judges. Shortlisted entrants will be required to present via Microsoft Teams. Each will have 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by a Q&A.
Dates: 17, 19, 25 and 26 February 2026
If your entry is shortlisted, your company should be prepared to attend the awards ceremony on the evening of 7th May 2026, in person.
